The Challenge:

Baillie Lodges General Manager of Finance, Linda Smith, worked closely with Forpoint Solutions to unify individual databases in order to consolidate different companies and multi-currencies with Sage Intacct. After heavily researching the multiple software in the market that met their needs, it was Forpoint who was chosen to implement and work with Baille Lodges to achieve the optimal outcome.

The Solution:

The most appealing feature of Sage Intacct, was the ability to consolidate all companies & entities, including multicurrency, into one easy to use platform.

The key metric for the success of the implementation of the solution provided to us by Forpoint was the ability of our General Managers, which move from 3 – 7 to be able to have a real time data reort as required on their various departments and drill into the information so they an provide their own analysis as we needed.

The Results

Since Implementation, the solution provided to us by Forpoint has been supported by their ongoing support team. In addition to ongoing solutions that will only add to our current solution growing with us as we continue to grow in the future.

What I have been most impressed with is the support we have received from Forpoint it has enabled us to not only grow our solution to meet our business plans but has allowed our company to achieve its outcomes and will continue to do so into the future with additional recommendations to solutions as we grow.
